Broke up Greg on Monday and am really ok. It’s weird, but good. I’m growing and learning. My intuition is always right.

I had a girls day with my mom and it was great. We went grocery shopping, went to a really great new place and got our nails done.

When we came home we laid out and now my back and the back of my legs are sunburned! Tomorrow in the car hopefully won’t be too bad. I’m a little worried about the weather. It’s supposed to be crappy on the way to Tennessee. Who knows, maybe I’ll meet a cute cowboy.

Also, I looked awesome in my bathing suit.

I’m going to go back on match.com, but I want to wait a while. Maybe I won’t do it at all. Maybe the rest of the summer I’ll go back to focusing in baking, working out/eating right, and working (literally, mentally and physically) instead.

It’s his loss. I’m kind of amazed how age brings clarity with this kind of stuff, I’m not going to lie there were years (even though I’m the one who ended it) and I feel sad and disappointed but I know if he’s not it, I’ll find “the one”.


So I think me and that guy are over.

Okay. So. I love my figure workouts but I need to work on eating on target for instance I had 2 marshmallows and a few spoonfuls cookie dough with lunch (which was a piece of tilapia) , which obviously I shouldn’t have had. But I guess it’s not that bad. I just need to eat well for the rest of the day.

Had an iffy moment with the guy last night/this morning so I’m a little meh. I was going to go to a party for the US Open tonight but I think I might just stay in and not go. I’m tired. My workout was tough, then I didn’t get to bed til late then woke up earlier then planned plus this grey rainy day is making me also feel a little meh.

Thus I bake, even if I don’t eat it, the process of baking (just like with working out) is cathartic. Adding flour to butter and sugar, mixing, eggs, vanilla, salt, chocolate chips. It just makes me feel good to make something good.

I officially switched from a bikini girl to a fitness/figure girl. Looking at the workout I already feel more excited about getting into the gym.

I really like lifting heavy, it’s totally my preference. I’d change the bikini workouts so I could, and with these I don’t have to.

I had a moment this morning/last night where I mentally wanted to just eat junk and I actually considered it for a hardcore moment and then I was like “meh, rather not” all super cas it was great.

Just got my Isagenix Cleanse for Life and had my first serving. It wasn’t too bad! I’m not sure if it’s going to make me go to the bathroom or poop or what but we’ll see what happens.

I made white chocolate cranberry scones and almond cupcakes with vanilla almond Swiss buttercream today. I ended up having some of both- so much for a cleanse day. However, I think I’m still going to continue with it for the rest of the day. Dinner will be a shake and then I’ll have another serving of the CfL drink. Tomorrow it’s CfL and Isa shakes then I’m done the cleanse. I hope it’ll just help me reset of my mind and body and help me get back into the groove.

I’m going to go to the gym at 6 and then again tomorrow morning.

I’m going to do legs and abs today. Just because I didn’t get to go to the gym earlier and have to go to the bro gym. All exercises  are 4xdrop/amap:

Leg extensions

Leg Press

Leg curls

Calf Raises

Hip Abductor

Walking lunges

Plate Jacks

Step Ups w/ plates

Leg raises

in and outs and ups

Captain’s chair knee raises

Oblique wiggles

Side bends with plate

THEN jump rope intervals for 30 minutes, or do some sort of intervals.
